Todd Brook has spent 23 years leading organizations and leveraging technology to enhance business performance. He founded Envisionit, driving growth in destination marketing, fintech, and consumer sectors. In 2023, Todd launched Unchained, a consultancy focused on AI-driven strategies that optimize resource utilization, streamline decision-making, and transform operations. A sought-after keynote speaker, Todd shares actionable insights internationally, helping leaders integrate AI effectively to boost organizational efficiency and innovation.

Jon Hunsberger serves as the Executive Director of the Elkhart County CVB (ECCVB), where he leads efforts to enhance tourism and promote economic development throughout the region. Since joining the ECCVB in 2018 as Director of Destination Development, Hunsberger has been instrumental in advancing placemaking efforts, notably through the Vibrant Communities movement, a collaboration between the ECCVB and the Community Foundation of Elkhart County. In 2020, Hunsberger was promoted to Executive Director. In this role, he works closely with local stakeholders to boost Elkhart County's appeal as a tourist destination.

During his time with SoIN Tourism, Seth has played a key role in transforming the organization’s approach to visitor engagement. He led the reimagining of the Visitor Center, turning it into an award-nominated community hub and launching a new model of visitor experience that blends placemaking, local partnerships, and tech-driven personalization. Seth takes pride in building meaningful experiences that connect residents, partners, and travelers alike. Lauren Bruggemans is the Director of Sustainability & Community Engagement at Visit Greater Palm Springs, where she leads initiatives focused on sustainability, social impact, and youth development. Raised in Singapore, Jakarta, and Cape Town, her global upbringing shaped a career that began in hospitality and evolved into purpose-driven work, including leading the Sumba Hospitality Foundation in Indonesia—recognized by the UNWTO for empowering underserved youth. Now back in her hometown, Lauren continues to drive positive change, grounded in a master’s in Social Business from the London School of Economics and a passion for responsible tourism.
