President & CEO, Visit Albuquerque

Tania Armenta is the President & CEO of Visit Albuquerque. She has been with the organization for 27 years and has led the organization for the last 10 years. She is a forward-thinking and proven leader known for building partnerships to reach goals as well as developing strong and talented teams.

In recent years, Tania has led the development of the Albuquerque Tourism Marketing District, partnering with local hoteliers to champion the effort, which has been transformative in marketing the community. Working in collaboration with the consulting team of JLL along with the Visit Albuquerque leadership team and board, industry stakeholders, business leaders and elected officials, she also led the development of the Albuquerque Destination Master Plan, creating the 10-year roadmap for elevating and enhancing the city’s visitor experiences and economy.

Prior to joining Destinations International, Sharon owned a boutique consulting firm focused on strategic solutions that accelerated revenue growth for businesses, many in the travel industry. Before that, she spent 15 years with Active Interest Media and Outside Inc., leading commercial sales, partnerships, and revenue operations teams across a portfolio of enthusiast brands. She brings deep experience across the travel, media, and events sectors, with particular expertise in destination and DMO partnerships and multi-stakeholder programs.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, Sharon spends her free time running, swimming, and exploring the outdoors with her family. Also an avid reader across many genres and welcomes a good book recommendation anytime. Raised in a military family, she grew up moving frequently and developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and travel.

Anthony Molino

Vice President of Sales, Visit Atlantic City

Anthony Molino is the Vice President of Sales for Visit Atlantic City, Atlantic City’s official tourism organization promoting leisure tourism, conventions, sporting events, film production, and group tourism. Molino oversees three major departments: Convention Sales, Destination Services, and the Atlantic City Sports Commission, ensuring the teams have the resources they need to meet their goals.

Most recently, Anthony served as Director of Convention Sales at McCormick Place Convention Center, where he spearheaded initiatives to optimize client experiences, strengthen hotel partnerships, and drive major convention business. His successful tenure at Choose Chicago demonstrated his ability to consistently cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with industry associations across the nation.

Megan Knott, CEO of Tourism Kingston and proud mom of two daughters, has more than 25 years of experience in leadership and development, strategic marketing, media and public relations, and business and fiscal management. She holds an MBA in community economic development and holds credentials as a Certified Destination Management Executive.

Megan led city partners in the creation and funding framework for its now established tourism organizations: a hotel association and the destination management organization. Kingston Accommodation Partners’ mission is to advocate for the industry. Tourism Kingston’s mission is to create economic return and visitor experience supports through sales, marketing, the creative industries, and visitor services. Under Megan’s stewardship, these organizations work collaboratively, along with other municipal and community partners. to deliver on the destination’s Integrated Destination Strategy.
