Prior to Zartico, Josh worked on the agency side for one of travel's leading creative agencies, where he led measurement for major destination clients. He combines deep tourism industry knowledge with expertise in visitor analytics to help partners innovate, succeed, and achieve ambitious marketing goals in an evolving digital landscape.
Donald Lilley is the Director of Technology and Business Intelligence at Visit Baltimore, with over 18 years in technology roles. A pioneer in harnessing data to drive transformative urban initiatives, he focuses on converting complex datasets into actionable insights that shape executive strategy and civic impact. He has spoken nationally on panels and webinars, including cloud security with Druva, visitor movement analytics with Placer.ai, and board-facing data storytelling with eTourism. He has hosted the eTourism Summit for two consecutive years and contributed to the 2024 Destinations International Business Operations Summit. His work bridges innovation, analytics, and destination development.
Julie Gilbert is President & CEO of Destination Door County, where she has led a strategic transformation focused on community values and destination stewardship since 2021. With over two decades in tourism, she has held leadership roles at Destination Niagara USA, National Park Reservations, and the American Society of Travel Advisors. Julie also founded a marketing agency serving clients like Disneyland Resort and the U.S. Department of Commerce. She holds CDME and CTP designations and serves on several boards and committees, including Destinations International and the Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment.
Norbert Kettner has served as CEO of the Vienna Tourist Board since 2007, following leadership roles in Vienna’s creative industries, finance, and health departments. He previously founded Austria’s first business promotion agency for the creative sector and was a longtime spokesman for Vienna’s Deputy Mayor. Kettner serves on several boards, including the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF), Vienna Business Agency, Vienna City Marketing Agency, and AviationIndustry Austria. He is also a member of the City of Vienna’s Economic Council 2030.
Laura is President of Destination Marketing at Miles Partnership, bringing over 20 years of tourism experience and 12 years with Miles. Based in Colorado, she specializes in developing product plans aligned with clients’ strategic goals and ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction across the tourism sector. Prior to Miles, Laura held roles at the Denver Zoo and Historic Denver in event planning and fundraising. She also worked at the Colorado Tourism Office, where she led heritage and cultural tourism initiatives, as well as the state’s travel resources and industry relations programs.
Jill Delaney is President and CEO of Discover Albany, the official Destination Management Organization for Albany County, also overseeing the county’s Visitors Center, Film and Sports Commissions, and airport information services. She previously led the New York State Tourism Industry Association and currently serves in leadership roles with the NYS Destination Marketing Organization, Capital-Saratoga Tourism Region, Destinations International, and several regional boards and committees.
