An avid traveler and passionate story-teller, Grace has built her career working with organizations committed to sustainable tourism, community development, and responsible travel. As Marketing Technology Manager, Grace is responsible for managing and optimizing DI’s digital ecosystem, including the website and all integrated marketing technology platforms.

Grace lives in Jacksonville, Florida, where she enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the vast coastline. She’s passionate about using travel as a force for good and is excited to support the Destinations International community.

As Director of Designation Strategy & Operations for Destinations International, Valerie leads the Destination Marketing Accreditation Program (DMAP). She strives to support members on their journey toward accreditation, build awareness of DMAP, and expand the program globally.

Valerie has a passion for designation work and 25 years of experience developing professional development initiatives for nonprofits and government employees, including more than 7 years running the animal welfare industry's only leadership credential. Valerie has a bachelor's degree from Smith College and a master's degree in counseling focused on career counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

He has held senior leadership roles across the tourism ecosystem, including President & CEO of Visit KC and executive leadership positions at VisitPITTSBURGH, where he guided destination growth, stakeholder alignment, and revenue performance. Today, as Chief Revenue Officer for MediaOne, Jason works closely with DMOs to translate strategy into action, organizations modernize their approach, operate more efficiently, and maximize the economic impact of tourism.
