Destinations International is bringing the Advocacy Summit and Thrive Summit together under one shared banner: Advocacy & Action: The Destination Impact Event.

This new experience is not a consolidation of two programs, but an elevation of both. The social impact track will continue to deliver deep, dedicated education on topics such as workforce development, community engagement, accessibility and the many forces shaping strong, resilient destinations. At the same time, advocacy will remain a driving force in policy, research and government relations, equipping destination leaders with the tools to influence and protect the future of their communities.

By creating a shared stage, Advocacy & Action brings these two essential disciplines together—because the challenges facing destinations today, from resident sentiment to workforce reputation, require both advocacy and impact working in tandem. This event is designed to foster cross-disciplinary learning, expand collective influence and strengthen the role of destinations as champions of community well-being.
