The 30 Under 30 program champions early-career leaders from destination organizations by cultivating a global network for professional development and innovation. Through collaboration, education and deep industry exposure, 30 Under 30 ensures talent growth and drives the tourism industry’s evolving workforce.

Designed to broaden access and opportunity, this program supports students pursuing careers in hospitality and tourism management at accredited colleges and universities across the United States and Canada. Each selected student receives financial support toward tuition along with access to professional development, mentorship and event attendance.
