Rachel is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at New York City Tourism + Conventions, the official destination marketing organization for the five boroughs of New York City. She oversees a team of passionate marketers and strategists dedicated to promoting NYC as a leading global destination to both domestic and international audiences. 
Prior to joining NYC Tourism in 2021, Rachel was the head of marketing for City Winery and Senior Director of Marketing for Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group. 
Rachel has taken the scenic route to tourism marketing: she’s a former cognitive neuroscientist and pastry chef and along the way, she founded her own artisanal chocolate company and learned Python for fun.
