After graduating from West Virginia University, Justin Martsolf returned to his hometown of Harrisburg, PA where he spent the last 20 years in the local tourism, marketing, and sales industry. He began his tourism career with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Office of Tourism, Film & Marketing as their Marketing and Website Content Manager and later served twelve years as Partnership Director for Visit Hershey & Harrisburg (VHH). As Partner Manager, Justin is responsible for supporting Destinations International’s strategic partner and business member initiatives.

Jerrine Lee is the Vice President of Sales at Visit Richmond, VA, leading efforts to attract meetings, conventions, and sports events. Since joining in 2016, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, driving economic growth through major event recruitment. Previously, she worked with the Richmond Flying Squirrels in corporate and suite sales. A James Madison University and Virginia Commonwealth University graduate, she serves on industry advisory boards and co-chairs Destinations International’s Advisory Leadership Board, reinforcing her commitment to sports tourism and destination sales.
