As President & CEO of Experience Champaign-Urbana and Executive Director of the ECU Foundation, Jayne DeLuce feels honored to work alongside others in the community to promote the greater Champaign-Urbana area as a welcoming destination to visit, work and live.

She serves as Past Chair of the IL Council of Convention & Visitors Bureaus (ICCVB), host for the 2022 Upper Midwest Convention & Visitors Bureaus (UMCVB) Conference, plus serves on the Advocacy Committee and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee for Destinations International. For her alma mater, Jayne sits on the College of Applied Health Sciences Board of Visitors and recently chaired the University of Illinois Recreation, Sport & Tourism Alumni Council.

Jayne previously worked for University of Illinois Campus Recreation, Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, South Florida Sports Festival, and Broward County (FL) Parks & Recreation. She has master's and bachelor's degrees from the University of Illinois in Recreation, Sport & Tourism (RST) with an emphasis on marketing. Jayne also received her Certified Destination Management Executive credential during the 2020 pandemic!

Jayne and her husband, Joe, have two daughters, Jenna and Jordan, and the best traveling dog, Milo.
