Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Case Studies
Our goal at Destinations International is to cultivate a unified travel industry where everyone is welcome, where there is equitable access for all, and to help reshape existing power structures so that systemically marginalized voices and perspectives are heard and valued.
Each of the case studies presented here are inclusive with a commitment to value Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in their respective communities and organizations. Each has established an environment that fosters engagement, interest, and opportunity around a specific or multidiverse group by developing various initiatives.
There is no “one size fits all” approach to EDI. But instead, a spectrum of ideas, movement, and growth which influence local community and visitor engagement. These case studies represent organizations with various budgets, size and scope. Enjoy, learn and share!
