As Social Inclusion Manager at Destinations International, Ava leads strategic initiatives, manages impactful programs and fosters stakeholder engagement to advance equity and inclusion in the destination industry.

With over a decade of experience in member and partner engagement, including seven years in the tech industry advancing workplace inclusion and employee engagement, Ava brings expertise and empathy to the DI team. She spent three years in convention services at the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation, where she developed a passion for regenerative tourism, cultural vitality and community impact.

Originally from Boston, Ava has lived in Montréal since 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, running, reading and traveling.
