Cambria Jones, CDME
Cambria is a Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME) and Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) with more than ten years of experience in destination marketing, market research, digital marketing, and public relations. She is the Chief Marketing & Experience Officer for SearchWide Global, responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing programs as well as the delivery of exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Before joining SearchWide Global, Cambria honed her marketing skills at the Allen Convention & Visitors Bureau and the City of Southlake Economic Development & Tourism office. In 2017, she was recognized as a Destinations International 30 Under 30 honoree. She continues to contribute to DI as a member of the 30 Under 30 Alumni Council and the Social Inclusion Committee.
Cambria is also actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Travel Alliance and was honored as a Four Under Forty award recipient in 2021 for her leadership and dedication to the Texas travel industry. Cambria serves on the Board of Directors for Irving Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising from Midwestern State University, a professional development diploma in Public Relations Writing for Business from the London School of Public Relations, a professional certificate in Copywriting from the London School of Publishing, and a Master of Arts in Emerging Media and Communication from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Cambria is a certified Texas Destination Marketer (TDM) through the Texas Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus and holds the Professional in Destination Management (PDM) certification from Destinations International.
