With a career spanning over two decades in the travel and hospitality industry, Shalise is the Vice President of Sales for Northstar Travel Group, leading business development efforts for the Meetings, Incentive and Sports Division. She plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and developing tailored programs to meet the diverse needs of clients in the B2B market across all channels of digital, data and events.

With over 20 years in the travel industry, Gretchen is known for her leadership, innovative strategy, and results-driven approach. She serves on various industry boards and committees and previously worked at the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) and in sports event management. At LRCVB, she led key projects like the Clinton Presidential Center opening and the renovation of Robinson Performance Hall. As COO of Destinations International, she oversees global membership and partner initiatives, driving strategic development and implementation.
