2023 Small Destination Organization Scholarship Application
The Destinations International Foundation is pleased to offer eligible employees of small destination organizations (US$3 million or less operating budget) one of 23 registration scholarships and 5 CDME scholarships to attend the following 2023 Destinations International events:
- 2 scholarships for Business Operations Summit – Available to all eligible employees

- 2 scholarships for Advocacy Summit – Available to all eligible employees
Little Rock, AR – October 10 – 12, 2023

- 3 scholarships for one CDME course – Available to all employees who meet the CDME program eligibility requirements

Eligibility Requirements
- Scholarships for individual events are available to eligible employees noted above.
- Applicant must be employed by a small destination organization member, defined as having an operating budget of US$3 million or less and be a Destinations International member in good standing.
- Applicant must be able to attend the full event that they are awarded.
- Applicants’ organization must have completed their Destination Organization Performance Reporting and Compensations and Benefits reporting platform information.
- Provide a testimonial to be used for future small destination organization marketing. Testimonial can include career growth, peer to peer networking, organization advancements from your connecting to Destinations International.
- Scholarships available for all employees who are already registered for each event as well as new registrations.
Disclaimer
Awardees shall not receive more than one registration scholarship annually. The scholarship is in a fixed, non-negotiable amount which may not cover the total cost of the trip. Scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of the Destinations International Foundation and based on available funding and satisfaction of all eligibility requirements; the grant funds will be disbursed upon registration for each event. All decisions shall be considered final, without exception, unless a selectee is unable to attend the educational event.
