How can I join DI as a partner? 

We’re thrilled that you’re considering joining us! Becoming a partner is easy, and we’d be delighted to welcome you. Just email [email protected] to get started. We can’t wait to connect with you!

What are my partner benefits?

Partner benefits vary depending on your tier, and we want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your partnership. Please check out our partnership guide to explore all the amazing benefits available to you, or feel free to reach out to our partnerships team—we’d love to help!

Can I attend events that I have not sponsored?

Event access is limited per partner tier. Please check out our partnership guide to explore the events your partner tier has access to, or feel free to reach out to our partnerships team. 

I want to sponsor an event. What is available?

We have a wide range of exciting events you can sponsor, including the Marketing and Communications Summit, CEO Summit, Visitor Services Summit, Annual Convention, Advocacy Summit, Business Operations Summit and the Social Inclusion Summit. We’re here to help you find the perfect event for your brand! Connect with Kim and Justin by emailing [email protected].

If I don’t contract for the fully allotted registrations in my agreement, can I buy up later?

Yes, you certainly can! We want to make sure you’re able to participate fully, so feel free to check the partnership guide for pricing on what your maximum is for your partnership tier. Reach out to us for more info. We’re happy to help!

Can I bring my spouse with me to the event? Will they need to pay the full registration fee or is there a special pass?

We’d love for your spouse to join you! You can purchase a special guest pass just for family members. Guests are considered spouses, partners, family or friends outside the destination industry. Guest passes are only available to destination members and partners. This registration type includes access to the opening and closing receptions, as well as all non-ticketed meal functions. Guests will not be permitted to attend any pre-convention or annual convention sessions. This pass is only available for CEO Summit and Annual Convention.

I can't register on behalf of my team.

No worries at all! Just email Peyton at [email protected], and he’ll make sure you have the permissions you need to get your team registered. We’re here to help make it easy for you!

I need to update my account.

So glad you’re keeping things up to date! Simply email Peyton at [email protected] with the details or schedule a call with him to walk through the updates together.

I can't access the online community including RFP portal.

First, double-check that you have your username and password handy. If you’re still having trouble, no problem! Email Peyton at [email protected], or Joanna at [email protected], and we’ll get everything sorted for you.

I need to update my content on the partner directory.

Great news—you’re ready to make some changes! Just email Joanna ([email protected]) with your updates, and please be sure to attach any necessary links or images. We’re excited to help you shine! 

How can I contribute to the Foundation?

We’re so excited that you want to support our Foundation! You can contribute by following the suggested donation amount on your initial partnership invoice or donate items to our silent auction and even bid on items yourself—every bit makes a difference. Thank you for helping us support such a great cause! 

Can I get an attendee list?

If you’re sponsoring the event, we’d be happy to provide you with the attendee list! Just email Peyton at [email protected], and we’ll get it over to you. If you aren’t a sponsor, attendee lists are reserved for our event sponsors.

How can I submit content to DI’s newsletters or blogs?

We’d love to feature your thought leadership! You can submit your content through our Thought Leadership page, or feel free to email Peyton at [email protected] with your submission. We’re so excited to see what you’ve got to share! 

How can I submit content for DI events? Are there speaking opportunities available right now?

We love bringing fresh voices to our events! DI typically looks for content submissions in the fall of the prior year, so be sure to check our website for updates. 

Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer payment plans to make things easier for you. Just let us know if you’d like more information by emailing Kim or Justin! 

Am I able to host a webinar?

You can host a webinar if it’s part of your partnership agreement. If not, and you’re still interested, email [email protected]—we’d love to explore possibilities with you, though we can’t guarantee availability outside of contracted webinars.

How do I access professional development offerings?

CDME, PDM, Cert programs- We’re so glad you’re interested in our professional development opportunities! Visit our online learning center to explore programs like CDME, PDM and CERT. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email the team at [email protected]. We’re here to help!
