Rose Zimmerman Caple is the Tourism Sales Manager of Niche & Affinity Markets at Louisville Tourism. Since joining in 2011, she has held several roles, including Volunteer Coordinator and Manager of the Louisville Visitor Center. Rose leads efforts to promote Louisville as a destination for African American, Black, and LGBTQ+ travelers. A community advocate, she serves on Louisville Tourism’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, the Black Travel Advisory Council, LGBTQ Task Force, and is a Certified Kentucky Travel Planner.  Her passion is to show that Louisville is welcoming to all through initiatives supporting social inclusion and equitable tourism experiences.
