Kim Bach
Kim Bach is the Senior Director of Partnerships at Destinations International, where she leads a team focused on building strong industry partnerships and driving sustainable growth within the travel and tourism sector.
Before joining Destinations International, Kim was a Partner Manager at the Adventure Travel Trade Association, where she led strategic initiatives and managed partners across North America, Oceania, and Asia, including Gear and Media accounts. Her global experience in partnership development and market expansion helped bring new products and partners into the adventure travel space.
Kim previously worked as a Senior Manager in product development for a high-end expedition travel company, overseeing logistics for more than 35 global land and sea-based programs—sharpening her skills in project management and team operations. Earlier in her career, she held strategic roles at Visit Seattle, leading partner engagement efforts and supporting international markets to drive visitation to the Pacific Northwest.
She holds a BA in Organizational Communications and has traveled to over 60 countries across six continents. Her adventures include trekking to Everest Base Camp in winter, crossing the Antarctic Circle, and serving as a global Ambassador for The Travel Effect, a campaign promoting the value of travel.
Kim lives in Bend, Oregon, where she enjoys skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, and chasing her third hole-in-one on the golf course. She’s passionate about using travel as a force for connection and growth and is proud to support the Destinations International community.
