Juliet Velazquez leads client relationships and insights at Tourism Economics, providing data-driven solutions that enhance tourism brand positioning and destination development. She guides Destination Marketing Organizations through complex analytics and training, ensuring they maximize the benefits of SYMPHONY, Tourism Economics' business intelligence platform.

Before joining Tourism Economics, Juliet worked as a consultant with JLL focused on tourism strategy and destination development, conducting stakeholder research, data analysis, and developing strategic plans for DMOs. She began her career at the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau as a Media Relations Coordinator, later transitioning to her role as CRM & Data Strategy Manager, managing data analysis for sales and marketing strategies to promote Miami as a top travel destination.

An active leader in the travel and tourism industry, Juliet serves on the Destinations International Governance Committee, Global Leadership Committee, and is the Co-Chair of both the 30 Under 30 Alumni Council and the inaugural Advisory Leadership Board. She is a Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME) by Destinations International and holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Media & Communications with a focus on Public Relations, Social Psychology, and Tourism & Hospitality Marketing.
