Glenn brings 25+ years of global experience with diplomacy, intelligence, and policy analysis through his service with the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of State and the US Navy.  

Throughout his career, Glenn has navigated complex international landscapes and managed fast-moving changes. He previously served on the National Intelligence Council, leading interagency strategic analysis. His diverse background also includes service as a Foreign Service Officer—including assignments to US embassies in Qatar and Bahrain—and work as a CIA economic analyst focused on energy, financial and socioeconomic issues. He also served eight years in the US Navy as an Arabic linguist and naval aircrewman.  

Glenn is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and has a BA in Economics and an MA in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the University of Kentucky. He lives in Herndon, Virginia with his wife, two boys, two cats and a dog.
