Travis Napper is the President & CEO of the Ruston Lincoln Convention & Visitors Bureau. Napper previously served as the Director of Orientation and Special Programs at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA before his move to travel & tourism in 2012. 

Napper is currently serving as President of Louisiana Association of CVB’s, Vice Chair of Louisiana Travel and Promotion Association. He is in his fifth year as a member of Destinations International, and was recognized as a future leader in the industry through Destinations International's 30 Under 30 program in 2013. Napper sits on many local boards in Ruston, LA including Lincoln Parish Museum & Historical Society, Eddie G. Robinson Museum Commission, Northeast Louisiana Exhibition Center Commission and Ruston Cultural Board. Napper is also an active member of TravelPac and Southeast Tourism Society as well as the Rotary Club of Lincoln Parish.

Napper attended Louisiana Tech University, earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2006 and completed his CDME in 2016.
