In-Person Safety Guidelines

As an in-person attendee, your safety is our top priority. We have developed the following comprehensive guidelines, and we require that attendees strictly adhere to all guidance in order to make our 2021 events safe, secure and enjoyable for all.

PLEASE NOTE

Safety guidelines below are subject to change at any time. We ask that in-person attendees follow all safety instructions provided by Destinations International staff at all times, and that you do not attend any in-person event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.

SOCIAL DISTANCING IN MEETING ROOMS

Meeting rooms will include socially distant seating options. We ask that attendees do not move chairs between tables or attempt over overcrowd tables.

Cleaning icon

ROUTINE CLEANING IN ALL PUBLIC AREAS

Conference and event rooms will be thoroughly cleaned in-between each session according to the hotel's comprehensive cleanliness standards. Please see the Gaylord health standards for more information.

Mask icon

MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES

As of August 8, 2021, masks are required in all indoor spaces in Prince George's County, Maryland. Mask guidelines are subject to change based on guidance from local health authorities. We recommend that attendees read CDC guidelines for best practices regarding usage of masks.

Hand sanitizing icon

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS

Hand sanitizing stations will be provided at all in-person functions. We recommend that attendees utilize hand sanitizing stations before and after eating as well as all sessions and breaks. We also encourage you to wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

GRAB & GO FOOD OPTIONS

When possible, all food and beverage will be provided in sealed grab-and-go containers to minimize contact with others.

Health icon

DAILY HEALTH SCREENINGS

On-site health screenings will be provided every day by trained professionals. Attendees may be required to provide confidential health information to appropriate providers.

Waiver icon

LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIRED

Attendees will be required to complete a COVID-19 liability waiver during the registration process for the summit.
