As an in-person attendee, your safety is our top priority. We have developed the following guidelines in consultation with Visit Baltimore, and we require that attendees strictly adhere to all guidance in order to make our 2021 events safe, secure and enjoyable for all.
PLEASE NOTE
Safety guidelines below are subject to change at any time. We ask that in-person attendees follow all safety instructions provided by Destinations International staff at all times, and that you do not attend any in-person event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.
AC21: Safety Text
SOCIAL DISTANCING ENFORCED
Social distancing will be enforced at all sessions. Chairs will be situated at least six feet apart, with a maximum of three chairs per table. We ask that attendees do not move chairs between tables or attempt to sit more than three persons per table.
ROUTINE CLEANING IN ALL PUBLIC AREAS
Conference and event rooms will be thoroughly cleaned in-between each session according to the hotel's comprehensive cleanliness standards. More information can be found on the hotel safety information sheet and the Baltimore Convention Center FAQ.
MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
Attendees will be required to wear face masks at all in-person functions except when eating or drinking. Masks must be worn over your face and mouth and secured under your chin. Masks will be provided to attendees who may forget or misplace their own. We recommend that attendees read CDC guidelines for best practices regarding usage of masks.
HAND SANITIZING STATIONS
Hand sanitizing stations will be provided at all in-person functions. We recommend that attendees utilize hand sanitizing stations before and after eating as well as all sessions and breaks. We also encourage you to wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
GRAB & GO FOOD OPTIONS
When possible, all food and beverage will be provided in sealed grab-and-go containers to minimize contact with others.
DAILY HEALTH SCREENINGS
On-site health screenings will be provided every day by trained professionals. Attendees may be required to provide confidential health information to appropriate providers. On-site COVID-19 testing may be available (pending availability).
LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIRED
Attendees who wish to attend in-person will be required to complete a COVID-19 liability waiver during the registration process for the summit.
