As an in-person attendee, your safety is our top priority. We require that attendees to our 2022 in-person events strictly adhere to the following guidance in order to make the experience safe, secure and enjoyable for all.

PLEASE NOTE

Safety guidelines below are subject to change at any time based on federal, state and local guidance. We ask that in-person attendees follow all safety instructions provided by Destinations International staff at all times, and that you do not attend any in-person event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.

 Canadian Travel Guidelines

Event Arrival

Canadian travelers transiting provinces within Canada may be subject to travel restrictions. Read about traveling within Canada.

As of the time of writing, foreign nationals entering Canada must show proof of vaccination and complete ArriveCAN to enter the country. Read more about traveling to Canada. Please note, this is subject to change at any time.

Event Departure

As of the time of writing, the United States CDC requires re-entry travelers to present a negative COVID test taken within 24 hours of arrival. Read more about United States entry requirements. Please note, this is subject to change at any time.

PLEASE NOTE
International safety and travel regulations are subject to change at any time. Please double check with Canadian and local health guidelines prior to any international travel. If an attendee tests positive for COVID-19 while on-site, attendee will be instructed to quarantine in their guest room. Destinations International is not responsible for additional guest room or travel related costs associated with a positive COVID-19 test result or international travel restrictions and requirements.

LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIRED

Attendees will be required to complete a COVID-19 liability waiver during the registration process for all 2022 events.

PROOF OF VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE TEST REQUIRED

All event attendees will be required to upload proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test result taken within 72 hours, but ideally within 24 hours of arrival at the event. Acceptable tests include PCR, antigen or NAAT. At home COVID tests will not be accepted. We encourage you to get tested prior to arrival and also get a COVID-19 booster shot for extra protection.

MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES

Masks are required at all times except with actively eating or drinking. Mask guidelines are subject to change based on guidance from local health authorities.

Hand sanitizing icon

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS

Hand sanitizing stations will be provided at all in-person functions. We recommend that attendees utilize hand sanitizing stations before and after eating as well as all sessions and breaks. We also encourage you to wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

ROUTINE CLEANING IN ALL PUBLIC AREAS

Conference and event rooms will be thoroughly cleaned in-between each session according to the host venue's cleanliness standards.
