Tourism for All is a virtual and self-paced certificate program from Destinations International (DI) that empowers destination leaders to build welcoming, community-driven tourism through expert-led education and guided learning. Participants gain the tools, insights and frameworks they need to align their communities around shared values and sustainable growth.

About the Program
Over the course of the program, destination leaders learn directly from industry experts through online modules and interactive exercises. They develop action plans and facilitation skills that prepare them to convene local businesses and bring Tourism for All principles to life within their communities.
Supported by Destinations International and a network of impact expert partners, participating destinations strengthen trust, foster alignment and create welcoming experiences that benefit both residents and visitors. Designed to scale, Tourism for All can be embedded into a destination's community strategy for sustainable growth and shared success.

Program Structure & Timeline
Months 1–6: Onboarding & Train the Trainer
Destination leaders complete core training modules, develop local action plans, and prepare to facilitate the program within their communities. Destinations leaders must submit and receive approval on action plan and community implementation plan to receive a Tourism for All certificate.
Beyond Month 6: Local Program Facilitation
Upon receiving their Tourism for All certificate, destination leaders guide local businesses and partners through the Tourism for All framework, applying the four pillars to drive meaningful impact. Leaders will have access to all program materials for facilitation.
Ongoing: Networking & Resources
Participants gain access to a peer network, virtual and in-person meetups, and continued resources through impact experts for long-term success.
