CEO21: Daily Health Screenings
Daily Health Screening & Temperature Check
All participants will be required to conduct a daily health screening and temperature check consisting of completing a brief questionnaire via mobile app OR email and passing a temperature check.
Step One:
Download the Clear to Go! App in order to complete your daily questionnaires. You will be sent a notification each day reminding you to complete your screening, so be sure to enable notifications when you download the app (you do not need to enable geofencing).
Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/clear-to-go/id1512016492
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ctg.screener
Downloading the app will prompt you to enter a code that you will receive via email to verify your identity. Please enter the code to complete the download process.
If you do not want to download the app, you can also complete the process via email. You will be required to check the email you used to register for the CEO Summit each morning with a link to complete your questionnaire.
Step Two:
Conduct your daily screening on your smart device and receive your green Clear to Go! badge with your name and date. Head to the MacDill Room, located on the 2nd floor of the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and show the staff your green badge. We will conduct a brief temperature check and provide you with that day’s colored wristband which must be worn all day while you are at the CEO Summit. That’s it! You’re good to go. Please follow these instructions each day you are at the CEO Summit.
*Please conduct your daily health screening BEFORE picking up your CEO Summit name badge on the 2nd Floor HB Plant foyer.*
