Leading Through Confidence Gaps

This foundational, instructor-led micro-course helps leaders recognize, understand and address confidence gaps that show up in today’s workplace. Rather than viewing confidence as a personal trait or individual shortcoming, this course reframes confidence as a product of environment, leadership behaviors, and organizational systems. Participants will explore how confidence gaps manifest in everyday moments and how leaders can respond in ways that strengthen trust, engagement and accountability across teams.
