Annual Convention Registration FAQ

What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event combines both in-person and virtual components, allowing attendees to join in their preferred format. This year's Annual Convention will feature a live in-person audience in Baltimore, MD as well as an online audience on our virtual event platform.

How do I register for either the virtual or in person Annual Convention?
You may register here. When completing the registration process, you will need to choose the "in-person" or "virtual" event. Both events are selected by default. You will need to unselect the event you do not wish to attend.

I don’t have a Destinations International account, what should I do?
You may create a free account by visiting this page and clicking on “Create an Account.” Follow the prompts to enter your contact information. When you complete the process, you will need to confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent to your email inbox. You may then log in and register for our events.

How do I register for both the in-person Annual Convention and a pre-event summit taking place?
Members who register for the in-person Annual Convention event will receive a US$100 discount for the Marketing & Communications or Finance, Operations and Technology in-person summits in July (does not apply to virtual registration or nonmembers). The discount will automatically be applied in the registration system only if the registrant registers for the Annual Convention first.

Can I register members of my team for the event?
No, every attendee must register themselves for this convention and will be required to sign a liability waiver in order to attend.

Can I register on-site for the Annual Convention?

Is there bundle pricing for the Annual Convention?

What is being done in order to ensure safety during the event?

Every attendee at the convention will be required to strictly adhere to the safety guidelines at all times. Every attendee will be required to wear a mask and social distancing will be enforced throughout the event.
