Event Safety Guidelines

As an in-person attendee, your safety is our top priority. We require attendees of our in-person events strictly adhere to the following guidance in order to make the experience safe, secure and enjoyable for all.

Safety guidelines below are subject to change at any time based on federal, state and local guidance. We ask that in-person attendees follow all safety instructions provided by Destinations International staff at all times, and that you do not attend any in-person event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.

MASKS RECOMMENDED FOR UN-VACCINATED ATTENDEES

Masks are not required for fully vaccinated guests. We recommend usage of facial coverings for individuals that are not fully vaccinated.

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS

Hand sanitizing stations will be provided at all in-person functions. We recommend that attendees utilize hand sanitizing stations before and after eating as well as all sessions and breaks. We also encourage you to wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

ROUTINE CLEANING IN ALL PUBLIC AREAS

Conference and event rooms will be thoroughly cleaned in-between each session according to the host venue's cleanliness standards.

 

PLEASE NOTE 
International safety regulations may not accept specific tests for re-entry. Please double check your local health guidelines to be sure. If an attendee tests positive for COVID-19 while on-site, attendee will be instructed to quarantine in their guest room. Destinations International is not responsible for additional guest room or travel related costs associated with a positive COVID-19 test result.
