Mohamed Amine Gabbouj is a tourism professional focused on advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion within global travel. As Program Manager at the IGLTA Foundation, he leads research, educational programs, and international initiatives that support emerging destinations and strengthen more inclusive
tourism practices. His work brings together private sector leaders, destinations, and community voices to drive practical, measurable progress.

He holds a Master’s in LGBTQ+ Tourism from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s in International Tourism Management from ISITT Tangier. Amine has contributed to industry research on LGBTQ+ travel development and regularly speaks at conferences and convenings worldwide.

He was recognized as one of the Attitude Top 101 LGBTQ+ Trailblazers in the World for his contribution to advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion in tourism.
