Mary Bramley serves as the Senior Manager of Foundation Development for the Destinations International Foundation. In this role, Bramley will be responsible for building relationships with destination organizations, friends, stakeholders to help support the Foundation.

Prior to this role, she served as the Assistant Director of the NOVA Foundation, where she oversaw all scholarship activity, alumni relations. She also managed the Foundation‚Äôs administrative operations, including organization and communications for the Foundation Board, staff oversight and creating and delivering all reporting, weekly newsletters, and donor correspondence.  Bramley played a significant role in donor identification, planned giving, major gifts, cultivation and stewardship. 

Previously, she served as the Conference Service Coordinator for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia.  There, she was responsible for logistics for all campus conferences and events while also facilitating summer training and leadership programs for Conference Summer Assistants. She assisted in the development and training for University Policy for youths on campus and made numerous improvements to departmental policies, procedures and automated tools. Also at VCU, she served as Coordinator of Student Programming for two years, where she was an Advisor for the Activities Programming Board, led department orientation programs for incoming students, and worked with student leaders on budgeting and programming for more than $1,000,000. of student activity fees.  Prior to this role, Bramley was the Coordinator of Research Training Programs, assisting students from underrepresented and underprivileged backgrounds find summer internships.  

Bramley is very active in her local community, volunteering with local non-profits by making casseroles and collecting food for the hungry. Mary earned her undergraduate degree at George Mason University and holds a Master of Education with a focus on Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California.
