The Bermuda Tourism Authority invites you to a Bermudaful start to the CEO Summit at the exclusive Coral Beach & Tennis Club. The members-only resort is a bit of a historical landmark with buildings on the property dating back to the 1600's.  Sitting on 26 acres of manicured grounds, it perches atop a bluff overlooking the ocean and offers current-day views of a stunning stretch of beach along Bermuda’s south shore.  You’ll be welcomed with craft cocktails, live local music and a taste of Bermuda food culture in a comfortable setting, allowing you to catch up with colleagues and get a taste of island life. Gentlemen are welcome to wear blazers and ties on top, traditional Bermuda shorts and knee socks below.

Are you ready? No matter what crisis you face, your organization’s ability to sustain (and even excel) through one will be defined by three things:

1. How well prepared you are for the unknown

2. How successfully you navigate the 24/7 news cycle

3. How keenly you understand and address the victim mentality (directly, humanely and empathetically).

This interactive session will walk you through the dimensions of a crisis—and what you should demand from your teams to make sure you and your organization are ready to succeed from the first golden hour of a crisis through recovery and learnings.
